Introduction This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided by CodeWiser and applies to various IT services including Software as a Service (SaaS), web hosting, IT consulting, custom software development, graphic design, and other IT-related services. By purchasing any service or product from CodeWiser, the client automatically agrees to the terms of this SLA.

1. Service Description CodeWiser agrees to provide comprehensive IT services including, but not limited to, Software as a Service (SaaS), web hosting, IT consulting, custom software development, and graphic design.

2. Service Availability CodeWiser commits to a service uptime of 99.9%.

3. Support Services Support is available during standard business hours, which are [specify hours and time zone].

4. Response Time CodeWiser will respond to support requests within 5 working days.

5. Resolution Time CodeWiser aims to resolve issues within 5 working days from the acknowledgment of a support request.

6. Maintenance and Updates Maintenance and updates are provided only for clients with an active maintenance fee subscription, as per the subscription agreement terms.

7. Data Backup and Recovery Daily data backups are conducted to ensure data security and integrity.

8. Service Downtime No penalties are offered for service downtime, but CodeWiser commits to prompt restoration of services.

9. Service Renewal and Termination This SLA and the accompanying services are subject to automatic renewal. The terms of renewal and termination will be outlined in the individual service contracts.

10. Confidentiality and Security CodeWiser adheres to standard industry practices for data confidentiality and security.

11. Compliance and Legal Obligations CodeWiser complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
